Georgia Promise Scholarship

Faith Academy is excited to partner with the Georgia Promise Scholarship to provide families with an opportunity to receive financial assistance for private school education.

What is the Georgia Promise Scholarship?

The Georgia Promise Scholarship provides families with up to $6500 per student annually to cover educational expenses, such as, tuition and fees, tutoring services, and transportation.

Who is eligible for the Georgia Promise Scholarship?

A student who has been enrolled in a Georgia public school for two consecutive semesters, OR is a rising kindergarten student, AND meets the following:
• Resides in a Geogia public school attendance zone on the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement’s list of the 25% lower performing public schools based on cumulative individual school ratings.
• Parent has resided in Georgia for 1+ year (with exception of active-duty military) per GESA updated rules and regulations approach.

How to Apply for the Georgia Promise Scholarship:

1-Visit the Georgia Promise Scholarship website!
2-Complete the Parent Pre-Screen Tool to determine eligibility.
3-Refer to Family Handbook for more information and details and documentation needed before applying for the Georgia Promise Scholarship.
4-Apply using the application link on the Georgia Promise Scholarship website! Applications will be processed through the Georgia Education Savings Authority’s online portal. The first application period begins on March 1, 2025.
